Integrating Outlook with Windows Mail for Vista
A guide
1. Ensure you have signed up
for a Topmail address.
2. Open Windows Mail
3. Go
to Tools, then Accounts
4.
Click the Add button
5. Select Email Account
and click "Next >"
6. Type in your full
name. Click "Next >"
7. Enter your email address
and click "Next >"
8. In the "Incoming Server" field type www.topmail.ie
9. In the "Outgoing Server" field type www.topmail.ie
10. Check the box that says "Outgoing server requires authentication"
11. Enter your username which is your full email,
eg. yourname@topmail.ie
12. Enter your password
13. Check the box that says "Remember password"
14. Check the box that says "Do not download my email at
this time". Click Finish
15. Go to
Tools and then Accounts
16. Select the account by name and then click
Properties
17. Select the "Advanced" Tab and check the box at the
base that says "Leave a copy of messages on server". Click
Ok.
18. Click
Close.
19. Congratulations your account is successfully
setup.
